This document sets out the terms and rules governing use of the 422 platform. By registering an account or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the 422 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform. Continued use following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

User Eligibility

To use 422's services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age or above the legal age limit under applicable local law
Not prohibited from using online betting or entertainment services under any applicable law or regulation
Registering and using an account on your own behalf only, not on behalf of any other person
Providing truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration

Account Creation & Security

Account Registration

Each user is permitted only one active account at a time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.

Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password secure and must not share it with any third party. 422 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by the user's own negligence.

Identity Verification

422 reserves the right to require users to submit identity verification documents — including a copy of a valid national ID or passport — before processing any withdrawal or at any time deemed necessary. This is a standard security measure to protect both users and the platform from fraud.

Accounts where the user's identity cannot be verified within the stipulated timeframe may be suspended until verification is completed.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Permitted Use

Users agree to use the 422 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws in Malaysia. You agree not to engage in any activity that could damage, disrupt, or adversely affect the platform, other users, or any involved third parties.

Specific Prohibitions

The following are strictly prohibited on the 422 platform:

Using automated software, bots, or other technical tools to access or manipulate the platform
Committing fraud, misrepresentation, or providing false information
Engaging in any action that could be construed as money laundering
Sharing or transferring an account to another party
Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or system errors to gain an unfair advantage
Abusing promotions or bonus offers in a dishonest manner

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, and any remaining funds in the account may be forfeited at 422's discretion.

Payment & Transaction Information

Currency & Payment Methods

All transactions on the 422 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Available deposit and withdrawal methods include online bank transfers via recognised local banks and e-wallets listed in the Deposit section of your account. 422 reserves the right to update the list of accepted payment methods at any time.

Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are as stated in your account and are subject to change from time to time. All withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your 422 account. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed.

Processing Time

E-wallet deposits are typically credited instantly, while bank transfers may take anywhere from a few minutes to one business day depending on the financial institution involved. Withdrawals are usually processed within one to three business days after a completed application and the required verification documents have been submitted.

Unauthorised Transactions

422 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity, technical error, or a breach of terms. In such cases, the user will be notified and asked to provide a clarification or relevant supporting documents.

Liability Limits & Account Management Policy

422 Liability Limits

The 422 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. 422 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform.

However, this limitation of liability does not apply where losses arise from gross negligence or fraud directly attributable to 422.

Account Suspension & Closure

422 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraud, or unlawful activity. Users whose accounts are closed on valid grounds may submit an appeal through our customer support channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 422 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of 422 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from 422.

Third-Party Links

The 422 platform may contain references to third-party services or websites. 422 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Access to third-party websites is at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

Right to Amend Terms

422 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mechanisms prescribed under Malaysian law.
